I started writing the list, and I expected it to be a long one.
But it turns out that 1, 3, 5 ... 3, 5, 7 ... and 5, 7, 9 are the only answers.
To find out the percentage, just like with the average, you need to add up all the numbers which is 60. Now you have to find the probability of 2 cars in a line, you would have to divide, 16/60, Which is about .27, now you have to convert to percentage, which is 27%
I think the answer would be 16<span />
