Answer:

The Open Door Policy was not fair to all nations because China was forced to open their borders to trade with other countries without their consent, it caused rebellious behavior in China, and other countries reaped the profits. The Chinese were forced to open their borders and trade with other countries.

Explanation:

Why was the Open Door Policy created? The US had recently gained a foothold in East Asia, and they were afraid they'd be forced out of the Chinese market by countries who had been there longer than them, so they created the policy to ensure they wouldn't lose their ability to trade with China.

Explain several techniques used by astrologers to persuade people to accept their advice.
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

In order to persuade people to accept their advice astrologers use the following techniques:

  • Suggestion: to convince you to believe in their predictions, they make you believe that you are about to read valuable information that can change your life forever. If you don't follow their advice, according to them, you would be missing the chance of being a successful, loved and happy person.
  • Social acceptance: they give you examples of people that have followed their advice and who are now lively and happy. They even tell you how presidents, ministers and other importan authorities don not take a decision wihout consulting their personal astrologer.
  • Mystery: they create a mysterious atmosphere for you to believe you are about to unveil a secret world before your eyes.
  • Scarce technique: they claim to be very few the real and authorized astrologers that can tell you reliable information. This will make you believe that if you miss their advice, you run the risk of being deceived by an ill-intentioned person who pretends to be an astrologer, but is no other thing than a scammer.

Crazy boy [7]

ANSWER:

For Dave to see all the theories in phycology to be the same, it means Dave is one sided in his understanding of those theories, because all those theories is all about the human mind and how it relates to it's internal and external environment.

If we should INTROSPECT Dave using PSYCHOANALYSIS, we will see that his BEHAVIOR was acquired by the way he has conditioned his mindset. To help Dave in his COGNITIVE REVOLUTION, We can only apply HUMANISTIC PSYCHOLOGY which will help him understand his COGNITIVE DISSONANCE, as he needs CONFORMITY in his SOCIAL-CULTURAL PERSPECTIVE.
