Yes, it is accurate. Mond started to describe life when World State began. He started expression about life on earth, about the control of production, social relationships and raising your children. Then it follows with the problem in the society, the existence of war, chemical hazards and survival of people. Later, about religion and then how people retain physical and character throughout life.
