It would indicate a rapid rate of change, a slope of 7 as apposed to a slope of 1 would be much steeper line.

AIDS was once considered to be a deadly syndrome whose cure could not be found but with recent advances efforts are being to treat and combat this syndrome. In the future, methods like genetic engineering and vaccines are being tested for treatment of AIDS.
