Let us assume the the number of days Julia gets as summer vacation each year = x
The number of days Julia spends in the summer camps = 5x/9
The number of days remaining after spending days
in summer camp = [x - (5x/9)]
                             = (9x - 5x)/9
                             = 4x/9
Then
Number of days Julia spends with her grandparents = [(3/4) * (4x/9)]
                                                                                    = x/3
The number of days Julia spends at the seashore with her family = 7
Then the equation will stand as written below
(5x/9) + (x/3) + 7 = x
5x + 3x + 63 = 9x
8x + 63 = 9x
63 = 9x - 8x
63 = x
x = 63
Then the total number of days Julia gets as her summer vacation is 63 days.

Hello,

One solution may be
a_{n+1}=a_{n}*(-3) +1

a_{0}=\frac{1}{3}

a_{1}=\frac{1}{3}*(-3) +1=0
a_{2}=0*(-3) +1=1
a_{3}=1*(-3) +1=-2

a_{4}=(-2)*(-3) +1=7
a_{5}=7*(-3) +1=-20
a_{6}=(-20)*(-3) +1=61
...

F(x) = x2. What is g(x)?<br><br> pls help it’s due soon!!
qwelly [4]

Answer:

A. g(x) = (2x)²

Step-by-step explanation:

From the diagram of the two functions graph f(x) is the parent function and g(x) is the transformed function. you can see that the graph of g(x) is stretched vertically compared to the graph of g(x). The Parent function has y =1 corresponding to x =1 while for the transformed function when x = 1, y = 4 the graph is vertically stretched by a factor of 4, and horizontally The Parent function has y =1 corresponding to x =1. while for the transformed function when x = 0.5, y = 1, it is stretched  horizontally by 2 (√4), i.e

This means that g(x) = 4x² = (2x)²
