Genetic mutations pass to offspring in gametes because gametes are the germ cells.

Explanation:

The mutation is the change in the sequence of nucleic acid (DNA) which results in change in expression of the gene. The mutations are usually harmful.

The somatic cells are the cells other than germ cells (egg and sperm). The mutation in somatic cells never pass to offspring but in germ cells it pass to offspring due to fusion of gametes which results in a mutated progeny with abnormal functions.

After that the first box will be the dominant allele than the recessive allele, the box below that will be the dominant allele and the recessive allele. Dom being capitol and recessive being lowercase, the box on the top right will be dominant allele and recessive and bottom dominant and recessive. It’s all based on the allele of that row and column.
