Answer:

D) arbitrary inference

Explanation:

Arbitrary inference: In psychology, the term arbitrary inference refers to a form of cognitive bias whereby an individual quickly draws a specific conclusion about something in the absence of any requisite evidence. It was developed by Aaron T. Beck during 1979 and is considered to be a tenet of cognitive therapy.

In the question above, the cognitive distortion involved is an arbitrary inference.

What if a toy could talk paragraph? Plzz help don’t copy
pentagon [3]

Answer:

It will be maybe a little difficult for me to write about this, as I don't have too may toys left from my childhood. Most of them I have given to some cute children, but I kept a few ones for myself, though. When I was little I used to like playing with toys, almost as much as I enjoyed watching cartoons. These two activities represented pretty much all my hobbies from that time.

At some point, in my magic little world, I came up with the idea that toys were actually alive. I thought of that for a few times. It sounded nice and there was even a cartoon, I don't remember how it was called, which kind of approved my odd idea. For a few days, I even talked to my toys and teddy bear, but of course, they didn't answer me. I wasn't that mad on them, but still, I was a little disappointed.

Now I realize how weird I was, but I also think that, if I could have controlled the rules of life, I would have done a great job. I mean, just think about what would happen if toys could talk. My first toy would probably tell me he is not pleased with his name. My parents named it "Toys". A very nice name for a little tiger. When I grew up, this name began to sound familiar, although I didn't know that much English. I asked my parents why they called it like this, and they said "Oh, honey, we didn't give it a name. It has already had one on the tag". It was so funny to hear that. They really believed the factory that produced the toy gave it a name?!

I assume, not only Toys (I still call my little tiger like this) would have something to say. Maybe the white dolls with black head I "customized" would complain too. But perhaps they would like, at least, the haircuts I made to them. I wasn't that talented as a hair stylist, but I was creative!

Therefore, if I think of my old dolls, maybe I don't want them to be able to talk.

Jack has settled into his new life as a retiree. He has friends and activities he enjoys, and feels a happy sense of stability i
ElenaW [278]

Answer:

Culmination phase

Explanation:

David Levinson was known to be the one who developed his own theory of adult life structure. Simply called life cycles. It is a term use to describe an individual's life's journey as it does occurs in a sequential order with specific 'seasons' or transitions from one stage to the next. These transitions often or can possibly keep spanning for several years.

Levinson's Adult Development Theory: Seven Stages includes;

1. Early Adult Transition (17-22)

2. Entering the Adult World (22-28)

3. Age 30 Transition (28-33)

4. Settling Down (33-40)

5. Mid-Life Transition (40-45)

6. Entering Middle Adulthood (45-50)

7. Late Adulthood (60+)

culmination phase

In this phase, there is a sense of stability returns if adults have succeeded in creating a life structure that gives them room run or manage the demands of the new developmental challenges with more confidence and less distress. The Culminating life structure for early adulthood is between the ages 33 to 40. This phase is brings about a period of "settling down." An individual makes a good effort to realize youthful dreams. During this phase, men make deeper commitments to family, work, and other important aspects of their lives.

How does the constitution provide liberty for american citezens?
Schach [20]
The U.S. Constitution provides liberty for American Citizens by providing civil rights guidelines in the form of amendments. These amendments are what gives American Citizens liberty. However, it is the Bill of Rights that truly counts. This bill contains the first 10 amendments of the U.S. Constitution and is the core instrument for liberty of American Citizen's. However, depending on jurisdiction, contracts, and waivers, the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights may not apply, regardless of what liberty is.
