You have been working in an entry-level position in Raytheon’s Environmental Health and Safety division for the last six months.

You are part of a team that reviews safety reports, enters the information into the database, and compiles statistical analyses of the results for your superior, Jack Blum. Today, Mr. Blum stopped by your desk to chat. He asked how you were doing and commented on the weather. He complimented you on your team’s previous statistical analysis and then proceeded to point out several errors in your team’s current report. He is NOT worried about the functionality of your team. because he has  complimented you on your past analyses in previous reports. The only issue Mr Blum seems to have is with the current report.
