Answer:

x = 4

Step-by-step explanation:

-3x + 2 = -10x + 30

Add 10x to both sides and you get

7x + 2 = 30

Subtract 2 from both sides and you get

7x = 28

Divide both sides by 7 to get x by itself and you get

x = 4

Reminder whatever you do to one side you have to do to the other side!

Hope this helps!

in the bag, there are certain number of toy- blocks with alphabets A,B,C and D written on them. The ratio of blocks A:B:C:D is 4
Svet_ta [14]
Given, the ratio of blocks A, B, C,D are in the ratio 4:7:3:1

Let us consider the common ratio to be ‘x’.

So, toy blocks with alphabet A is 4x and

toy blocks with alphabet B is 7x and

toy blocks with alphabet C is 3x and

toy blocks with alphabet D is x

Again, the number of ‘A’ blocks is 50 more than the number of ‘C’ blocks.

As no. of ‘A’ and ‘C’ blocks are 4x and 3x respectively.

So,

4x=50 + 3x

x=50

Thus, the number of ‘B’ blocks is 7x = 7(50) = 350

350 is the required number.

what is the smallest number of degrees needed to rotate a regular Pentagon around its center onto itself?
Alex
One rotation has 360 degrees. Since regular Pentagon has 5 sides and each of them takes 360/5=72 degrees when looked from center, if we rotate regular Pentagon by 72 degrees we will get same shape as we started from.

Therefore answer is 72 degrees.

________ are ratios that name the same comparison
Gre4nikov [31]
Equivalent ratios are ratios that name the same comparison. Meanwhile, equivalent fractions are fractions that name the same amount or part. Equivalent ratios and equivalent fractions are similar in that the two quantities refer to ratios and fractions that ultimately have the same value but are expressed in a different way. For example, 48/64 is equivalent to 72/96, both have the value of 3/4.

IRINA_888 [86]

Answer: C.Yes, because 3,502.86 is multiplied by the exponential term.

Step-by-step explanation:

3502.86 is the capital

1.15 is the interest

While ( t - 12 ) tells us about the period of time.

And f(t) is the amount of money in Gavin's investment account after t years
