The answer is that they "served as large markets for European industrial goods" or option  A. The industrial revolution wad the time when people and there businesses made inventions that made them a lot of money for example the Cotton Gin, which made it easier to string out cotton and dry it out, and also interchangeable parts which was used to change a part of a weapon that is broken. E<span>uropean industrial goods gave them materials and ideas on their inventions. To conclude both inventions were made by Eli Whitney.

In my opinoin back then it was alot easier, i mean it is now but back then u didnt have to learn so many things it was eaiser to get your drivers lisence it was eaiser to study it was easier to everything back then now the world it relaying on technology to do everything for us now dont get me wrong the tech we have now is great and its really help us out over the years but its also our down fall, hope this helped out a little
