First, you draw a line segment. After that, you get your protractor, put the sharp end on either of the dots from the line segment and draw a curvy line above the line segment in the middle, then do the same thing to the other side leaving the protractor at its measure/length, if you do it correctly you'll see an x. After you have mastered the top you then do the same thing to the bottom of the line segment. NOTE: THE X'S SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING THE LINE SEGMENT! After you have made bot the x's, you get a straight edge and bisect the x's, in other words, draw a straight line through the x's. Make sure the line is in the middle of the lines.
