Domestication vs Primitive nature of Dogs.

‘The Call of the Wild’ is a book written by Jack London where he describes the survival instinct of dogs.

From the excerpt provided, we get to known that when it comes for survival how Buck (dog) changed his domestic nature to a primitive one and fights back for the survival. His primitive instincts which were long death came live because it was a matter of life or death.

If we talk about preferable one, then domestic dogs are easy to train and are the ones who follow humans. Primitive dogs on the other hand are difficult to be trained. But when it comes to survival, even domestic one can turn into a primitive one just like Buck.
