So the the cartoon illustrates the split between communism and democracy. The Soviet Union is communist, and wants to take over Western Europe with the end goal of worldwide communism under one ruler. The United States -who’s goal after World War II was democracy for all- deals with this dilemma by using the concept of Containment in order to stop communism from spreading to Western Europe and anywhere else in the world and battling against any instances where communism threatens another country.
As governor of Maine, I will support LePage's policy on education. This would create more affordable student-focused education in the state. It is important that all students have access to great educational resources so they have a chance to succeed.
Rome managed to overcome it's difficulties with having issues in it's leading structure and the highest chain in command; namely Roman generals at the time wanted glory for themselves which prevented them from beating Carthage for some period together with the fact that Carthage had the incredible general Hannibal.
