Hello. This question is incomplete. The full question is:

Which sentence uses the same meaning of the underlined word in the sentence below,

The posture of the companies to produce high-quality products with minimal impact to the environment

A. The country's posture was very defeated after losing many soldiers in the Vietnam War. B. The athlete forced himself to have a sad posture when he left his hometown's team. C. The ballet dancer's graceful posture was due to years of training his body. D. The movie star's posture to the media is that she is generous and wholesome.

Answer:

B. The athlete forced himself to have a sad posture when he left his hometown's team.

Explanation:

The word "posture" was used with the same meaning in both sentences, passing the sense of behavioral decision, in the face of a certain situation.

In the first sentence the word "posture means that the company assumed a behavior, an attitude in which it produced more products, but promoted less impact on nature. In the following sentence, the athlete 'positioned himself', that is, he placed himself in an attitude where he seemed sad to have to leave his hometown team.

However, she is caughtand her mother refuses to speak to her. “It’s horrible to feel unworthy in the eyes of your parents” (71). After that day, Malala did not steal or lie. She stops wearing jewelry. “What are these baubles which tempt me? Why should I lose my character for a few metal trinkets?” (72). Her father comforts her by talking about the mistakes others have made. Malala enters a public speaking event. Her father writes her speech. “We thought speaking in English meant you were more intelligent. We were wrong of course. It does not matter what language you choose, the important thing is the words you use to express yourself” (78). Malala loses the event to Moniba. Instead of sadness, Malala realizes she must sometimes lose.

Read the following sentence and decide whether the underlined portion contains a mistake. If so, identify the best way to correc
Irina18 [472]
No improvement to this sentence is necessary. It makes perfect sense on its own and sounds right. "Either" always takes an "or" else the word wouldn't make sense, as it's meant to contrast binary options.

eg.
I'm either going to eat food or drink water.
