Since it's admittance to the Union, Florida has changed six constitutions, the sixth one being ratified in 1968, even though it's been amended and changed a couple of times since. This high number of constitutions was mostly because of the Civil War and the reconstruction period where the constitutions had several issues with being like the federal constitution. Sometimes they were racist or sometimes they limited suffrage or had many similar problems.
The Navajo code talkers were Native Americans recruited in the U.S. marines in order to speak to the enemies about their plans in attack, only the words spoken were based on the Navajo's own language making their plans unable to be comprehended by the enemy. This lead to the confusion of the enemy since they were unable to break down the code correctly, which allowed the allies to take advantage of it.
