The Great Plains region is assembled by: the States of Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota; portions of Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming ; aswell as certain areas within the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

What all these places share in common is a remarkable expansion of flat land at their disposal and great conditions for dry-farming and cattle ranching. Naturally, the way to make a living in these regions is almost exclusively through farming activities.

Allele frequency is used to display the genetic diversity of a species population .

Explanation:

To calculate the frequency of the recessive allele we use the

THardy-Weinberg equation

p² + 2pq + q²

p+q=1

p is the frequency of the homozygous dominant genotype

q is the frequency of the homozygous recessive genotype

2pq is the frequency of the heterozygous genotype.

Total number of individuals = 45 + 30+ 25 = 100

So, the frequency of recessive trait = 25/100 =0.25.

Thus, the value of q² = 0.25

So, q would be equal to square root of 0.25 which comes out to be 0.5

The animal cell as a:
Neporo4naja [7]
Round cell, unlike the plant cell that is more rectangular. This is due to the fact that the animal cell lacks a cell wall, it only has a membrane. It also differs from the plant cell in ways such as size of the vacuoles (plant cell vacuole is significantly larger), however the shape is the most popular answer.
