Answer:

B) switching to a car that gets 30 miles per gallon

Explanation:

Driving a car at a higher rate of speed poses negative impact on the environments which Arnold is trying to change . A is wrong because it's life threatening.

Purchasing higher octane or premium gas also requires upgrade on Arnold car engine which was never mentioned. So buying premium gas will only aggravate the environmental devastation and reduce the engine life span because the car engine is not compatible with premium gas.

Travelling by plane also possess it own environmental degradation.

The best option is switching to a car that gets 30 miles per gallon. This will drastically reduce the toxic gas output.

Explanation:

1) Many Southern regions in Canada are infertile or extremely cold. However, the more Southern regions are warmer. Warmer regions makes the climate suitable for living because there can be more agriculture and farm land. With nearby agriculture, inhabitants will not have to outsource their food, resulting a cheaper source. Additionally, since the border is near the United States, there is a larger access to trade. The shipments do not have to be transported from a longer distance, making it easier.

2) Since Canada is close to the United States, it is increasingly efficient and easier for Canada to trade with the U.S. Trade shipments do not have to be exported over long distances.
