Lactose is found in milk. It is part of the reason milk tastes somewhat sweet since Lactose is a sugar. Anyone that consumes milk or anything with milk in it, will consume Lactose.
As for me, I plan on having some Ice-Cream later. Since there is milk in Ice-Cream, I will consume Lactose today.
