If he sold 61/10 pitchers (I made it into a improper fraction) on friday and he sold 1/4 on saturday, then you divide 61/10 by 4. when you do this you get 61/40 which simplifies 1 and 21/40 or 1.525 pitchers on saturday

Which expression gives the distance between the points (5, 1) and (9, -6)?
Vesna [10]
So the distance formula: d = rad (x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2
it doesn't matter what order you do, you just have to make sure it's a y coordinate for y and an x coordinate for x.
rad (9-5)^2 + ((-6)-1)^2
rad 4^2 + (-7)^2
rad 16 + 49
rad 65

A produce supplier ships boxes of produce to individual customers. The distribution of weights of shipped boxes is approximately
schepotkina [342]

Answer:

0.67(4)+ 36

Option D

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that a producer ships boxes of produce to individual customers.(say x)

X is a normal random variable with mean = 36 and std dev  =4 lbs

By definition of std normal variate we know that

\frac{x-36}{4} is N(0,1)

75th percentile of std normal distribution is

0.675

Hence corresponding x would be

36+0.675(4)

Option D matches with this value

Hence answer is option D

0.67(4)+ 36
