Approximately one million years ago, early humans started to leave Africa and spread to other continents. This happened during one or more of the Ice Ages. During an ice age, oceans become smaller and lower, as the water freezes into glaciers. This uncovers land. With the sea level lowered, early humans were able to cross land bridges between continents, most probably following herds of animals or in search of food

In what area of policy making do federal and state responsibilities overlap?
Svetlanka [38]

The correct answer is A) Economic Policy.

The area of policymaking that overlaps federal and state responsibilities is the Economic Policy.

Federal and states governments have their laws and sometimes have to negotiate to reach an agreement in public matters. That is the case with the economic policy, where federal and state responsibilities overlaps. The federal government has the Office of Economic Policy that is responsible for analyzing the current economic situation of the U.S. and forecast scenarios to prevent situations. This office depends on the Department of the Treasury. The states have their departments with similar responsibilities, sometimes overlapping decisions on economic issues.
