28. Carbohydrates we all know that it is break down by our body to become sugar. But once we don’t have enough carbohydrates, our body will start burning our fats that makes our body low-energy. Then will lead us to hunger or worst to hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia makes our body weak and shaking. It will also makes us feel dizzy and anxious. Since our body lacks in sugar, our energy also slows and leads to being unhealthy. Study also shows that it can lead to ketosis where most part of your bodies will be affected, like kidney and joints.
