The Eastern Empire was located on a straight, where it was difficult for invaders to put down the capital's defenses. They also had a powerful administrative center and political stability as well as great wealth. The emperors were able to control over the resources and effectively mobilize manpower to fight invasion.
An emerging crime issue in my community is the illegal buying and selling of narcotics. In recent years, the drug trade in my area has increased significantly, and this is becoming a problem for everyone who lives there.
Restraining forces are those that limit or reduce the situation. An example of a restraining force would be the increased security of the area, as the police is gaining presence. On the other hand, a driving force is a situation that leads to the growth of the problem. An example of this would be the increasing number of people who are addicted to opioids.
This might not be the right one but I think its the first one...........................
One difference is that. The Mecklenburg Resolves demand independence for themselves, while the Declaration of Independence demands independence for all of the thirteen colonies, now the independent United States of America. Another is that the Mecklenburg Resolves wrote it themselves, yet the Declaration of Independence was written by, yes, one person, but everyone made it up, and <span>signed it.</span>
