• Donny's bagels is the better deal.

1. It have Lower ratio.

2. Bob's bagels are 10 for $11
Unit price for Bob's bagels = $11 / 10 bagels = $1.10 per bagel

Donny's bagels are 4 for $3
Unit price for Donny's bagels = $3 / 4 bagels = $0.75 per bagel

3. Donny has the better deal, because Donny's unit price is less than that of Bob's ( each of Donny's bagels cost less than each of Bob's bagels).
