B - as I bit into the beautiful tomato, I grimaced...Something should be done about the market that thinks it's OK to sell terribly underripe tomatoes.
Option B is the best one to be used as a hook for a compare/contrast essay. They compare the beatiful tomato (looks perfect) and then contrasts it with the taste of being terribly underripe.
