The outer planets are further away, larger and made up mostly of gas. The inner planets (in order of distance from the sun, closest to furthest) are Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars. After an asteroid belt comes the outer planets, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Hope this helps!

What organism will have the fastest rate of respiration ?
mihalych1998 [28]

Unicellular organisms

Explanation:

Unicellular organisms typically respires faster to release energy.

Respiration is a gaseous exchange between cells and the environment. Here, oxygen is taken in by the cell and carbon dioxide is the by product of the metabolic process.

  • Unicellular organisms will respire faster because they are at the lowest level of organisation.
  • The cells are in direct contact with the environment.
  • They do not require special set up to obtain and circulate oxygen in them.
  • The waste of the metabolic process is also discarded easily and very fast.
  • Organisms at lower levels of organisation typically have a faster rate of respiration.
