Louis Pasteur il était français. Il est né Dole, on December 27, 1822. He grew up in the town Arbois. Louis was skilled at drawing and painting. He earned his bachelor of arts degree and a bachelor of science degree at the Royal College of Besançon and a doctorate from the École Normale in Paris.
Louis found that "dissymmetry" is a basic property of living systems. The first animal diseases investigated by him were two silkworm diseases, which were having a serious impact on French silk farming. He developed and promoted practical methods to maintain healthy silkworm farms. This led to him also developing a vaccine for rabbies, one of his biggest accomplishments. This did however take a very long time 1876-1895 to be exact.
