Answer:

-Clinton’s personal scandals

-NAFTA

-Health care reform

-“Don’t ask, don’t tell”

Explanation:

Clinton´s administration was marked by heavy personal scandals, the Monica Lewinsky scandal put a stamp in the Clinton name that would last till the 2016 elections, NAFTA was recently signed and contributed to the public paranoia of a massive leave of many companies to Mexico seeking lower payrolls, the health care reform was also a main reason, republicans wanted to spend less budget from the federal system in public health and the democrats wanted to create a more fair health system for everyone. The "Don´t Ask Don´t tell" by the Clinton administration, was a policy that lasted untill 2011 in the army and police services of the United States of America that prohibited discrimination against secretely gay, lesbian or bisexual persons in the army and police, but forbbid openly gay, lesbian or bisexuals to serve in the american army or police departments, this was heavily attributed to Clinton, but the republicans administrations that came after him never took DADT away.
