Explain why some countries chose to be nonaligned. What did they fear, and what did they have to gain by remaining neutral?
eduard
With war, every country is afraid. They're afraid of possibly being ambushed, becoming in dept, and many other reasons. So by remaining neutral they can sit back and not have to worry about being attacked by any country that's fighting. But that's not always the case now and days. Hope I answered your question correctly.

6.

What was Frank Crow's attitude toward building the dam? To what problems did this lead?
Elan Coil [88]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached or further references, we can say the following.

Frank Crow's attitude toward building the dam was decisive. He was determined to build and end Hoover Dam at all costs. The problem did this lead was that he had many inexperienced workers and limited time to built the gigantic project. This produces many challenges and problems to the degree that he faced some worker's protests and the threat of going on strike. Workers were against a pay cut and also demanded better working conditions under that risky endeavor.

Workers indeed went on strike but Frank Crowe firmly stood and resisted the strike. He was supported by his contractors and he placed an ultimatum for workers to get back to work or leave the construction definitely.

Everybody knows how the story ended. People said that Crowe was a firm leader that knew how to manage problems and convince his workers to finish the challenging project.

To this day Robert E Lee is a respected military leader is this phrase justified? Why or why not?
sineoko [7]
He must not since his statue is being taken down. Let’s just say he was respected at one point probably due to fear but when Lincoln came along, people hated him I believe since he was from the south and the south loved to keep their slaves and severely punished them if they tried to escape or messed up something. I am not 100% percent certain that’s just what I think. I don’t think it is justified since he kept slaves as prisoners and physically punished them and treated them as animals. My personal opinion ‍♀️
