Shrimp are staples of both Louisiana and China's seafood industries. Over the last twenty years, however, China's offering of less expensive shrimp imports has threatened Louisiana's shrimp industry. Louisiana's dining and food sales industry, however, greatly depend on China's inexpensive imported shrimp. For China, Louisiana is one of their biggest customers for frozen, imported shrimp.
The ninth and the tenth amendments describe what it means to be free and what one is allowed to do and what not. The 9th establishes that certain individual rights are inferior when compared to the overall rights of the people, that is the general population, while the 10th explains that also but applied to the state, putting the federation above state legislature.
