- Interest U.S. and the Soviet Union: interested in expanding their areas of influence).
- Bandung Conference (1955): fought against colonialism, racism and for the third way, namely an independent position of the first and second world ... wanted to form a block of non-aligned countries to the United States or the Soviet Union .
The colonial powers were England, France, Belgium, Netherlands ... besides Portugal, and Spain (not participated in the second war, but countries were already bankrupt long ago ...).
