This is called the Quebec Sovereignty Movement and it is a political movement, as well as an ideology where the Quebec Province wants to be separate from the other Canadian provinces, as the other provinces consists of English-speaking provinces while Quebec is French-speaking.

These nine (9) justices are appointed only by the president and subsequently confirmed by the senate after screening them diligently.
