in the diagram, AB,BF,EF,AC,CE,DC are all lines while ABEF,ABCD,BDF are planes. thus, A,H,B are co-linear since they all lie on the same line. also, H and J are not co-linear.

the points A,B,E, are co-planar because they all lie in the same plane ABEF while the points A,B,D,F are not co-planar because A,B,F lie on the same plane ABEF while D lies outside the plane.
