Fat: yellowish tissue clumped underneath the skin

Skin: bumpy skin toned layer under the feathers

Muscles: look like bundles of pale pink tissue

Tendon: white shiny tissue at the end of muscles

Ligament: connect the joints and bones, look like a shiny white covering over the joint

Cartilage: another shiny white piece of tissue that is slippery
