You have 80 students that don't qualify because they are neither an athlete nor an honor student.

the remaining athletes and Honor students total 100 but we only have 80 students left.  This means that 20 students are both athletes and honor students.

If we put 20 (the number of students who qualify) over  the total students 160 or 20/160 we reduce it to get a probability of A. 1/8
