Answer: Thomas Paine claims that his commerce will make friends of all of Europe.

Explanation:

Thomas Paine is an american philosopher and a political writer from England and he published a book named as a Common sense. In that book, he had influenced the colonies to move free from the British rule and to maintain relationship with Europe.

Thomas Paine states his plan of commerce and if it is well executed would result in a friendly approach with Europe. American ports being a significant port could help European countries to ensure that their goods and services are secured from different threats, as the sea connects the main source of trade and commerce between nations in the different continents.

Thus it helps America to gain a healthy approach in all other aspects with Europe.

Ead the passage from A Raisin in the Sun.
Lerok [7]

Well, you notice how Lindner is very hesitant in his speech? That shows that he’s pretty reluctant to have to deal with the conflict of moving this family into that neighborhood. He’s at his wits end and he doesn’t understand why people are reacting the way they do or how to satisfy everyone in this situation. He’s not a man who deals well with conflict, but he’s also definitely not apologizing for feeling the way he feels. Rather, he’s frustrated that they’re not seeing it from his side, y’see? He’s not angry, though, as he tries to stay cordial even while explaining how he sees it. It’s almost more like he’s whining, a little?? lol

Anyways, I think the answer is desperate and abrupt. Hope this helped, and if not, I’m really sorry!!
