Answer:

The industrial revolution was a major advancement in industries. First Industrial Revolution, was the transition to new manufacturing processes, but it did have a down side.

Because of more uses with fossil fuels, it causes an improper green house affect. The greenhouse affect is how the earth is naturally heated by the sun. But because of excessive carbon dioxide emissions in the atmosphere, it blocked more heat from escaping which warms the atmosphere to much causing Global Warming.

Luckily, the industrial revolution lasted from about 1760 to sometime between 1820 and 1840. People are now working on ways to prevent to much of the greenhouse affect.
