The answer is c=-1  if the three counts because i am not sure if it is part of the question

3c + 12 = 5c + 14 

Subtract 3c from both sides.

12 = 2c + 14

Subtract 14 from both sides.

-2 = 2c

Divide both sides by 2.

c EQUALS -1.
