An organisation can do well with its investors by giving them back the good profits only when firm in itself is performing well, running its operation effectively, fulfilling customers needs an wants by providing them with the latest products, giving solutions to their problems in the form of innovative products, taking care of its employees, and moreover, serving the community's welfare as well. Firm must do all of these actions and activities well before it can serve its investors well. By generating more profits, firm can then handover those profits to its investors only and if form is doing well, performing effectively and efficiently.
