Remember x=9 so put 9 every time you see x. So it should look like this
\frac{ {9}^{2} + 7 }{9 + 2}
so 9 to the second power is 81 + 7 is 88. Then 9+2 is 11. Then divide the bottom number by the top number 11÷88=8
