This would depend because if the employee is using his own gadgets then it should be tampered by the employer or supervisor.  Not everything is full access as employees have rights to their privacy.  If the employee is in the middle of work but is not attending to his task then the employer has the right to check up on that employee.  Also he must make sure that the employee is doing what he is supposed at work.
