C you should leave your emotions out of financial decisions. By doing so you are making the smarter choice for yourself and you are not putting yourself at as much risk due to thinking clearly.

You should try to leave emotions out of financial decisions because if you are too happy, you may spend more. If you are sad, you may spend less. If you are angry, you may spend more or less. It is very conflicting if you have emotions tied in with major financial decisions.

In a situation where a hypothesis has been tested and proven true then it becomes a law.

A good specific testable hypotheses is one which can be proved or disproved by different people using scientific methods such as experiments, observation etc.

I think the correct answer would be D. The brain waves changes from stage 1 to stage 2 as a person sleeps in a way that these waves become slower. That is, the amplitude would  decrease since less activity is done and the frequency would decrease as well since less wave passes per second.
