A goal of the sepoy rebellion in india and of the zulu resistance in south africa was to gain freedom from their colonizers specifically the Great Britain . The Indian Rebellion of 1857 or Sepoy rebellion was a rebellion in India against the rule of the British East India Company. While, t<span>he Zulu were a South African tribe that placed an emphasis on military organization and skill, established by their Shaka Zulu.</span>
