How was Simon Bolivar a mean evil or cruel leader??
Romashka-Z-Leto [24]

Although some labeled him as a traitor and tried to assassinate him most Spanish Americans wanted him to be there king. So I'm not sure what you mean as a cruel leader but everything I have learned about him is the exact opposite.<span />
