Answer:

The idea that Earth’s lithosphere is divided into large, moving sections is called the plate tectonics theory.

Explanation:

The theory of plate tectonics assumes that the lithosphere is divided into large, limitedly stable segments, formed by rigid rock, called plates. These plates extend throughout the globe. There are seven plates in total, such as the Pacific Plate, the Coconuts Plate, etc. These plates reach depths between 100 and 200 km. Each plate runs horizontally with respect to its neighbor. Approximately seventy percent of the area covered by the plates are the oceans, such as the Pacific, the Atlantic or the Indian Ocean.

-Photosynthesis occurs in the chloroplast, an organelle specific to plant cells. The light reactions of photosynthesis occur in the thylakoid membranes of the chloroplast.

-Energy Cycle in Living Things
The chloroplasts collect energy from the sun and use carbon dioxide and water in the process called photosynthesis to produce sugars. Animals can make use of the sugars provided by the plants in their own cellular energy factories, the mitochondria.

-Cyanobacteria, often known as blue-green algae, are among the most abundant organisms in oceans and fresh water. They are similar to green plants because they can use the energy from sunlight to make their own food through photosynthesis.

-What is a microbe? A microbe is any living organism that spends its life at a size too tiny to be seen with the naked eye. Microbes include bacteria and archaebacteria, protists, some fungi and even some very tiny animals that are too small to be seen without the aid of a microscope.

-Plants, algae and cyanobacteria use a chemical reaction known as photosynthesis to create the materials they need from what's around them. Plucking carbon dioxide from the air, water from the ground and light from the sun, land plants make sugar and kick out oxygen as a waste product.

What is global wind and how do winds help humans travel?
jeka57 [31]

Global winds are winds that appear in belts that go all around the world. Like local winds, global winds are driven by unequal heating of the atmosphere. Since global winds blow west to east, it helps humans travel west to east.

How global winds influence climate?

Global wind belts and calm regions have an effect on, is that the berg winds blow from the east and die out as they are available close to the equator.

The westerlies blow from the west and move storms across u. s. The easterlies blow from the east and they cause stormy weather to occur once cold air forms this belt meets heat air of the westerlies.

Thus, this could be the answer.
