scoray [572]

Answer:

The establishment of a system of racial and social hierarchy in Spanish colonies in the Americas.

Explanation:

The establishment of a system of racial and social hierarchy in Spanish colonies in the Americas would support Barkey’s claim that previous and contemporary states were less tolerant, because the casta system imposed a rigid social hierarchy that included legal discrimination against groups that were further down the social ladder.

The page letter to Okonkwo from Queen Victoria's perspective, trying to persuade him of the advantages of colonialism is given below.

The office of the Queen Victoria,

British, United kingdom.

Dear Mr., Okonkwo,

The benefit of colonialism to the people.

Colonialism is one that is often seen as the full control that is often used by the British Empire in all of North America, and also some aspect of Africa as well as India.

Colonialism is one that has made a lot of indigenous people, such as tribal groups, to become open to the world and see things as well as know things that do not know before.

There are a lot of advantages of colonization. The key advantage is the full control over the happenings of being colonial. The countries that British did colonized was mostly African and this has made the people who lived there behaved in a more modern way.

The British investors was known to have helped in terms of finance for the set up of the railway network in places such as India among others. Therefore, i want you to know that colonialism is a blessing and not a curse like people think.

Yours Faithfully,

Queen Victoria
