Medicare\Medicaid fraud or abuse is when someone is trying to intentionally deceive Medicare and also falsifying documents or Medicare cards and they are dangerous.
Drug diversion and card sharing are the two most common examples. Drug diversion is when the prescriptions are written without a need for that, or altering some kinds of prescriptions for selling or using them.
Card sharing is when someone is sharing their Medicaid Identification card.
