Answer:

Ian can avoid the coworkers who gossip to restore balance in his life.

Explanation:

 • The only habit that Ian seems to have which can be termed as unhealthy is that of listening to coworkers' gossip.
 • When Ian listens or witnesses his coworkers gossiping about some or the other topic, his energy and focus get diverted to operations that are completely insignificant.
 • The thoughts that the brain keeps processing unconsciously after listening to the gossip drain Ian's energy and make him feel stressed out.

stich3 [128]

Answer:

Glorious revolution.

The Glorious Revolution, also called “The Revolution of 1688” and “The Bloodless Revolution,” took place from 1688 to 1689 in England. It involved the overthrow of the Catholic King James II, who was replaced by his Protestant daughter Mary and her Dutch husband, William of Orange. Motives for the revolution were complex and included both political and religious concerns. The event ultimately changed how England was governed, giving Parliament more power over the monarchy and planting seeds for the beginnings of political democracy.
