(I'm confused. Everyone says it's 20, but if ABCD∼EFGH, and BC=15, shouldn't FG also be 15? Please answer quickly! 20 points!)
egoroff_w [7]

Answer:

FG= 20

Step-by-step explanation:

The reason FG and BC are not equal is because they are only similar. That's what that squiggle means. Hope this helps. Please name me Brainliest

Please help me I been struggling with these two questions
Nezavi [6.7K]

14> Volume of a rectangular prism = length * width * height

= (3+1/4) * (2) *(1 + 1/2) ft^3

=(13/4)*2*(3/2) = 39/4 = 9 3/4 ft^3 [....Option D....]

15> We have the following coordinates for vertices of our rectangle:

( - 10, 2) (15, 2)  (15, 5) (-10, 5)

You might want to graph it if this helps. But the gist is that opposite sides of rectangles are the same. So freezing either the x and y coordinate and subtracting from the y coordinate and x coordinates we get:

5 and 3. 5>3 therefore 5 is the answer.[ Option A ]

Hope this helped:)
