Answer:

Vinh must get 87 in the next test to maintain grade B.

Step-by-step explanation:

Vinh needs 420 points to have a B average in math.

His scores so far are 88, 89, 79, and 77.

Addition of these scores is = 88+89+79+77=333

Therefore, the minimum score he can make on the next test to maintain the grade B is :

420-333=87

Hence, Vinh must get 87 in the next test to maintain grade B.

88 + 89 + 79 + 77 = 333. 420-333= 87. The minimum score he can get is 87

Answer:

10) Supplementary; 11) Supplementary; 12) Complementary

Step-by-step explanation:

Sum of supplementary angles equals 180° while sum of complementary angles equals 90°.

For question 10

x + 70° = 180° (sum of straight lines)

x = 180° - 70° = 110°

Hence, 70° and 110° are supplementary angles.

For question 11,

x + 85° = 180° (sum of straight lines)

x = 180° - 85° = 95°

Hence, 85° and 95° are supplementary angles.

For question 12,

x + 32° = 90° (sum of right angles)

x = 90° - 32° = 58°

Hence, 32° and 58° are complementary angles.

Mikayla is training for a half-marathon. At the beginning of her training, she is able to run 2 miles without stopping. Her goal
ivanzaharov [21]

Alright, lets get started.

At the beginning of her training, she is able to run 2 miles without stopping means 2 will be in the addition when we will write the equation for her running miles.

Her goal is to increase her distance by three quarters of a mile each week.

Means in first week, she will add the distance = \frac{3}{4} miles

Suppose she runs x weeks, so shee will add distance = \frac{3}{4}x

So, suppose she runs total number of miles = d, then

d = 2 + \frac{3}{4}x

Where d is total numer of miles she runs

x is number of weeks : Answer

Hope it will help :)

Is it one of this
60
50
45
35
dangina [55]
Non of the above. The answer is 40 and I’m sticking to my guns !

Similar meaning you can assume they are proportionate and if every side is doubled then you should double the last. Another way is to use Pythagorean’s theorem and disregard the little triangle completely.

Both ways have me 40 !
