Whenever white men wanted Native American land, the Native Americans were pushed further west. If they protested, they were killed. The eastern Native Americans mainly agreed to follow the white men ways. However, the western Native Americans refused to give up their way of life, and went to war with the settlers. Unfortunately, the settlers won the war, and 99% of all Native Americans were wiped out from the war, disease, etc.
